Prix Luxury Real Estate icon for New Listings missions not appearing

Question: Why can’t I access the New Listings missions?

Answer: Before you can access the New Listings missions, you need to play through the Money Fronts introductory cutscene.

You can play through the intro cutscene by meeting with Martin Madrazo (indicated on the map with an Mz icon) at the Los Santos International Airport after he calls you for a meeting.

After watching this cutscene, the Prix Luxury Real Estate icon will appear on your map in Tongva Hills, and you will be able to start the New Listings missions.
