Rockstar Games Trophies not unlocking on PlayStation Network

Question: What can I do about Rockstar Games Trophies not appearing on my PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 when I unlock them?  

Answer: If you are certain that you met the requirements to unlock your missing Trophy, this may be a delay in syncing between platforms or because of a network or connection issue with your console.  

You can try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. 

Sync your Trophy Information between Rockstar Games and the PlayStation Network 

1. Open the Home Screen 

2. Select your Profile 

3. Select Trophies 

4. Highlight the Rockstar Games title missing your unlocked Trophy 

5. Press the Options button 

6. Select Sync with PlayStation Network 

Disconnect your PlayStation from the internet 

1. Open the Home screen 

2. Select Settings 

3. Select Network 

4. Highlight Settings 

5. Toggle off Connect to the Internet 

6. Return to the Home screen 

7. Select your Profile 

8. Select Trophies 

9. Check the Trophies of the Rockstar Games title to see if the missing Trophy appeared
