How to Complete the First Person Award (Another Perspective) for Heists in GTA Online

Question: My crew would like to try and complete the First Person award for Heists in GTA Online. We played through one Setup mission all in First Person, but the award progress did not go up. How can we complete this award?

Answer: To complete the First Person award, the Heist Leader (or lobby host) must lock the view to First Person mode in the lobby settings. That way, players in the Heist must stay in first person mode and you can complete the award.
