Question: Will the Red Dead Redemption pre-order bonuses be available for sale as DLC?

Answer: Yes, the Deadly Assassin Outfit, Golden Guns, and War Horse are now available for sale as DLC (downloadable content) through the Xbox Live Marketplace (80 Microsoft Pioints Each) and the PlayStation(R)Network Store ($.99 each).
