@phelps: try checking back later, the store may have not updated yet.  Also if you bought the rockstar pass then after installing the data the other dlc should be listed in xbox or psn store as free. thats what happened when i bought the pass yesterday

Why is the "Nicholson Electroplating" case just saying coming soon in the in game marketplace? I bought the Rockstar pass specifically to get the new cases.

Following up on a question that has already been asked but still awaiting a response, will the Traffic case Consul's Car ever be available to everyone else at some point in the near future?  Seems a bit unfair to only limit it to North Americans - what about everyone else on the globe??  I certainly don't want to miss out on any cases!!

Hey when will the DLC's due for release on the 5/31/11 come out in New Zealand? Has been past that date and if I search L.A. Noire in PSN store nothing comes up. Same as when I go into the game and click the store.

£40 for a game and £7.50 for the dlc (800 mpoints) so £47.50 i think is an awesome deal considering it is a rockstar game (like any rockstar game id pay more as there all good).  i am happy with the rock pass as it is a awesome idea i think a sorten fps company should take a leaf out rockstars book.

Yeah man, I know games are more expensive in Europe, but the 800 points gets you all of the content. In the US that's 60 for the game (and most retailers offered some sort of coupon usually worth $20 or more) and 10 for the pass. I don't think that's at all unreasonable. I really don't know if the two pre-order cases were taken out of the game after it was put together to offer pre-order bonuses, but to me, the fact that the June and July cases are included in the cost of the pass, makes me okay with it.

First of all, thanks Rockstar for releasing the DLC in such timely fashion. I wasn't expecting that. Second, thanks for the pass, 10 bucks for all that content is nothing. Anyone complaining that the content missing makes the game incomplete needs to realize that the game is already huge, spanning 3 discs or one blu-ray. They obviously had to scale back a bit, and we're getting that content as dlc... All of it for 10 dollars. Not bad at all.

It is a shame that a game sold in parts. Why do you want to make more money when we paid for the game? Is not it enough to charge us 65 euros? This seems a steal. I never everbuy a game again.

I just find it interesting that they can push out and release all the DLC and the Rockstar Pass but can't push out a fix for the coding bug that causes their game to freeze up randomly making playing it more of a chore than the enjoyable experience it should be.  How about we focus on fixing what people already paid for before asking them to pay more instead of blaming both console manufacturers and just throwing out random troubleshooting tips that have no effect on fixing the issue.

I bought the game with two preorder DLC. But it seems to be senseless, because with the Rockstar pass all preorder DLC are included. I will buy this pass, but also it makes my preorder DLC useless. At least there should be a special package or goodies (not DLC) for the preorder. If this happens again in next games, I just buy the regular version. I'm dissapointed!

@IlluminatiCreep - It's not a profit thing. I can understand scaling back on content. The game is 3 discs big. I know they had to cut out burglary and fraud desks to accommodate the content that's on there. I heard Rockstar is releasing a pass for 10 bucks to download all dlc. I think that's very fair. I just don't like the fact there are achievements I can't get on my list. That's all.

@CaptB33fh3art- After reading that, it makes me wonder if you know how DLC is supposed to work. You don't add achievements to a game unless everyone who owns the game has the ability to unlock them or the ability to purchase the feature that makes them unlockable. By doing so, it makes it look like Rockstar pawned off portions of the game as exclusives to gamestop and walmart. Not everybody can pre-order multiple copies so that they'll have access to the full game.

I love LA Noire even though it's a little buggy and glitchy every now and again.  Fallout New Vegas had way more problems and I still loved that game and continue to enjoy it. I'm curious as to why people are so incredibly impatient and or clueless as to how DLC works. DLC is for continued enjoyment of a game and if it came out the same time as the game everyone would complain about why it wasn't just on the disk to begin with. If you pre-order games you usually get early access to DLC that will be available to everyone else later and sometimes DLC is pre-order exclusive. If you wanted the DLC so badly then you should've pre-ordered it just like everyone else who wanted it did. @FraudulentDevin what are you smoking bro? A realistic driving patch? If you want a driving sim game go get Dirt 3 or something. I want a patch that turns the game into a gun so I can shoot myself after reading some of these complaints ffs people.

The reason the DLC isnt up yet is because Rockstar gave out the dlc for people pre-ordering the game. Therefore if the dlc was up right away pre-ordering would have been pointless and their giving the many fans that want out early for the game the gift of playing cases before anyone else. Plus if all the dlc was out people would finish the game ASAP instead of returning every now-and-then for a new case or two.

I'm just has psyched as the next guy to get into some new cases, but there is no point in complaining about the lack of dlc at the moment. They're not going to release the content any sooner due to mass bitching. These guys work hard to make games we all like, so the least we can do is be patient while they work things out. I was kind of frustrated at first towards the fact of having 5 achievements left over for 'A Slip of the Tongue' though I got over it once I read 'Nicholson Electroplating' will (supposedly) be available June 21st.

My one request to R* would be to make a single DLC package containing all pre-order content, (Piano gun, Sharpshooter and Broderick suits, as well as 'A Slip of the Tongue', 'Nicholson Electroplating' and 'The Naked City/Badge Pursuit') for those customers that didn't have the chance to obtain each, for one flat rate. Also, I wouldn't hesitate to buy the Burglary and Bunko desks pending the release. 

Lastly, what's the deal with the supposed 'Rockstar Pass' that was to be released the same day as the game? Is that still happening and what will be it's purpose?

i would really appreciate the other DLC. why did you release it so you can't get 100% achievements when you don't have access to the second DLC? 

Scalpers will always exist as long as there is an appetite for a product. It's up to the consumer to be aware enough to realize that the DLC is on the way (and at a much, much cheaper price in cases). And no, I'm not a scalper.

I understand the frustration that exists w/ the multiple retailer/pre-order bonus concept. It's a pain. However, Rockstar made it perfectly clear that all pre-order content would be available as DLC (much quicker than the RDR bonuses, too), so you're going to get what you want in due time.

The area of concern for me is w/ the platform-exclusive content. In this case, as w/ RDR, the PS3 got access to content the 360 didn't. I'm holding onto hope that Xboxers will eventually get the "Consul's Car" case, as it is technically a DLC, rather than unlockable, on-disc content.

Rockstar need to get this DLC out soon. People are making a serious profit on the likes of ebay from those who are trying to 100% the game (achievements 100% not in game 100%) by selling the DLC.

Im A Big Rockstar Game Fan... I Think That The Achievement This Is Bad Too They Should Have More Than Just 50 Achievements And Maybe Some More DLC So We Can Go To More Of The Map Than Just What We Can Right Now All Of It Should Of Been Added As A Bonus Too Also They Should Have A Section For Multi Players So You And A Friend Can Solve Cases Together And Not Just As One That Would Probably Make The Game Better And Have More Cases Too The Game Also It Would Rock Like Crazy Then

Its a bit stupid to have 50 achievements if you can only get 40 till DLC is released, L.A. Noire is the game of the year.

@PunkCoreGamer - yeah, that's taking it a little far. Rockstar is my favorite publisher, and this won't stop me from buying future games or even dlc. I just feel that the retail pre-order code scheme is a bit frustrating, considering the fact that by the time Red Dead's content was released, I'd completed everything there was to complete in the single player campaign.

Personally, I think it's kind of obnoxious putting up achievements for content most people have no access to. I hope Rockstar doesn't wait that long to allow us to purchase the pre-order content. They're probably sick of hearing the complaints, but that's exactly what you get when you offer exclusive content that makes it impossible to get all of the achievements.

Will there ever be a collected edition of LA Noire with all of the DLC, like the GTA IV & Episodes from Liberty City disk? If so, I'll just put off my purchase until then.

it seems that we'll have to wait a year like they did in RDR. Why do they not understand they have to put this stuff for dl as soon as possible and not after a year of the game's release.  Costumers will lose their interest after a while. ROCKSTAR GET MOVING!!!!!

I know your saying DLC will be coming soon, but how soon? i mean in the u.s they got 'the slip of the tongue' dlc or they seem to have as its part of my achievements list. Yet us brits ain't got it yet, which is a damn shame cos i'm i'm loving this game.

Can we have a DLC that puts the more realistic driving physics into the game as a difficulty option?  The chases are far less dramatic than they should be.  The attention to detail in the other aspects of the game is captivating but the unrealistic driving doesn't fit the authenticity that is predominant in the game.  It's the only bummer I have about this game.

So how long are we going to wait for these bonuses? Is it scheduled to be done within the summer? Plus will a USA  pre-order bonus  code work on a european console? Because if this process takes too long like me many people will consider buying these codes from Ebay. Thanks in advance

 I read in a recent interview with Team Bondi's Brendan McNamara that there were 2 desks left out of "L.A. Noire" - "Burglary" and "Bunko/Fraud".

 Will there be a retail release of these on a single disc like what was done with the :"Read Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare" additional content? If so - how long until then?

release date was in june and there registers would not ring up any pre orders for may.

Guys just dont wait too long for these ones, cause with Red Dead Redemption i waited almost a year... cause i prefer spending my money with you guys i suposed around 20 dlls, 30 dlls tops, cause i´ll hate to go buy them on ebay and paying almost 50 dlls for the DLC. You can use the money either that some guy that doesnt want it.
