Question: Why can't I log in with my password even though I have recovered it and I am typing it in exactly as shown?
Answer: Some users have reported not being able to log in with their password even after receiving a password reminder email. If you are experiencing this problem, it may be that your chosen password contains certain unsupported characters, such as "&" or "/".
Social Club passwords may only contain standard letter and number characters plus the underscore character. If your password contained any other characters and you cannot log in, please send an email to support by clicking "Submit a Request" at the top of this page. Your email must be from the account associated with your Social Club account and replies will also be sent to that account.
