Question: I’m getting stuck on a loading screen every time I choose Single Player or Multiplayer from the Main Menu. What can I do?

Answer: Delete the Game Options file and reboot the console.

A small number of players may be experiencing this hang when loading into Single-Player and Multiplayer even after clearing the cache and reinstalling the latest title update.  Deleting the Game Options file has often fixed the issue. 

If the issue still occurs, try clearing the cache (360) or deleting the RDR Game Data (PS3) and then reboot the console.  This will not cause you to lose any game progress. 

Be sure to re-download the latest Title Update after clearing the cache or deleting game data!

If the issue still occurs, check your disc for scratches, dust, dirt, or damage and clean if necessary.
