Answer: First, check to make sure you purchased your copy of Red Dead Redemption from one of the retailers that was offering the soundtrack as pre-order offer. You would have received a code for the soundtrack if you purchased via:

- The International Limited Edition
- A US GameStop Pre-order

or

- You were given a loose soundtrack code (International)

After entering the code on the Soundtrack Redemption website, please check your junk mail folder to make sure that the email with your soundtrack download link did not get caught in your spam filter. The email would be from donotreply@rockstargames.com.

If you have tried the steps above and are still having problems you can contact Red Dead Redemption support. When contacting support please provide them with the following info:

- Name
- Platform (360 or PS3)
- Gamertag or PSN ID
- Where you purchased your game
- The download code you used
- An email where you can be reached
- Date and time you first tried to redeem your code
- Photo or scan of the card with the soundtrack code
- Brief description of the what happened when you tried to download the soundtrack

If you do not receive a download link in your inbox within 15 minutes of successfully entering the code, please contact support.
