Weather cheat not working in Red Dead Redemption

Question: I claimed the Change Weather cheat and it does not seem to work. How do I change the weather?

Answer: We are aware that the Social Club "Change Weather" cheat is not working properly as of Title Update 1.06, and possibly broke during a previous patch. We are investigating this issue as of 1/11/11 and hope to have an update soon about our progress.
