Question: I downloaded Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories from PSN and there are various issues when I play on the PSP Go. It doesn't appear to work at all on my older PSPs. What can I do?

Answer: An incomplete and unfinished version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories was uploaded in error on PlayStation Network in Europe temporarily. This was not the final version, is missing some features, only works on PSP Go, and has not been fully tested – which is why some PSP users in Europe who saw and downloaded it experienced some technical issues trying to use it. For this reason, we recommend that if you’ve downloaded it, you delete it. 

This download did not charge players' Playstation Store Wallets, so there would be no need for a refund.
