Question: Even though I have not worked out at the gym, the game continues to tell me I have worked out enough for today?

Answer: This will occur if CJ does not eat during the course of the game.  While it is possible to regain health by saving the game, this will have a negative impact on other stats.

1. Feed CJ until his fat level reaches 50%.
2. Carry on playing the game until the message that CJ is hungry appears. 
3. Feed CJ via one of the fast food restaurants then save the game. 
4. You should be able to return to the gym to work out. 
5. If this is still not possible repeat this procedure once again.
