Question:I'm using Windows Vista/7and get an Error Code of RMN20 when I launch the game. What do I need to do?

Answer: Windows Vista SP1 is required to play GTA IV PC. Download the appropriate file you need.

Please note that these downloads are over 400MB and the installation can take up to an hour or more.
