Take a Screenshot of any Error Message you see, if at all possible:
Export a DXDiag report:
Export a MSInfo report:
Gather all three of these documents click Submit a Request at the top of this page. Be sure to include as much detail as possible about your problem(s). We will now be better equipped to troubleshoot the issues for you.
