Before you can access any Rockstar Games Social Club data related to games you are playing, you must first link your game console to us so we know who you are. Please follow the simple two-step process below.

ALLOWING YOUR SOCIAL CLUB ACCOUNT TO RETRIEVE PLAYSTATION®3 DATA

1. Locate your PLAYSTATION®Network ID and password. You will need your Sign-In ID, which is an email address.
2. Login using the PLAYSTATION®Network sign-in service.  Go to the PLAYSTATION®Network sign-in service, which looks like the image below. You be directed away from this page and be prompted to login to the PLAYSTATION® Network. After signing in there, you will be returned here automatically.

Go to the Social Club Account Linking page.

From there, access the PLAYSTATION®Network Sign-In service by clicking on the "ADD" link next to the PLAYSTATION®Network icon.

This will open a "light-box" pop-up window directly on the Social Club that will allow you to link your PSN ID without leaving the site.  Please note that by entering your PSN ID you will be sending your data along to Sony.  Please take a look at their privacy policy for specifics on how they handle your personal details as it differs from the Social Club.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Sony currently only allows short-term caching of this linking data. You may have to re-login to the PLAYSTATION® each time when starting a new session.

How to locate your PLAYSTATION®Network ID and password if have forgotten them.
 
If you do not already have a PLAYSTATION®Network account…
You will first need to create a new user profile on your PLAYSTATION®3 system.

1. In the PLAYSTATION®3 XrossMediaBar interface go to Users > Create New User
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
3.  Log in to the user profile you have just created.
4. When you are logged in, there will be a diamond icon to the left of the active username.

Then you will need to create a PLAYSTATION®Network ID.

1. In the PLAYSTATION®3 XrossMediaBar interface go to PLAYSTATION®Network > Sign up for PLAYSTATION®Network
2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. Make note of the email address and password you are using to register. Those are your PLAYSTATION®Network ID credentials.

If you do already have a PLAYSTATION®Network account...

1. In the PLAYSTATION®3 XrossMediaBar interface go to PLAYSTATION®Network > Sign In
2. Make note of the email address you see here. If you have forgotten your password, follow the directions there to retrieve it.

If you do not see the option to Sign In, it may mean that your settings are configured to sign in automatically. You will need to sign out first and then sign back in to see your PLAYSTATION®Network ID. To see if this is the case, do the following:

1. In the PLAYSTATION®3 XrossMediaBar interface go to PLAYSTATION®Network.
2. If you see Account Management instead of Sign In, that means that you are already signed in. The next steps will log you out.
3. In the PLAYSTATION®3 XrossMediaBar interface go to Friends
4. Look for the username that has a diamond icon graphic next to it. That is your online ID (not to be confused with your PLAYSTATION®Network Sign-In ID).
5. Click on the Triangle button on your DualShock controller to open up the options for your username.
6. Select Sign Out
7. Now you will need to Sign In again to see your PLAYSTATION®Network ID.
8. In the PLAYSTATION®3 XrossMediaBar interface go to PLAYSTATION®Network > Sign In
9. Make note of the email address you see here. If you have forgotten your password, follow the directions there to retrieve it.
