Question: I cannot switch to any other multiplayer mode. How can i choose the type of multiplayer game I play?

Answer: To change the modes, go to the multiplayer section by pressing left. This will highlight the Showdown option. Press the A button for a cirlcle to appear on the screen. Move this circle to highlight a character and press A to select. Once all players  have chosen their characters "PRESS START".  Press start to get to the next screen where the multiplayer mode can be selected. Now press X for options and you can choose the different modes from there.
