Question: Sometimes in Multiplayer Max Payne 3 a players life bar will go all the way down so that it's black, but they won't die.  Then a second later, it's back full again.  Other times people say that they can't kill me and I can't kill anyone.  Are people modding?  Is this an exploit or a connection issue?
