If you pre-ordered Max Payne 3 but the retailer did not provide a code
We are actively investigating some isolated reports that involve stores selling more pre-orders than their purchased stock of codes could accommodate. Please note that retailers are responsible for tracking their sales of pre-order bonus units and some retailers were only offering pre-order bonus incentives “while supplies last.” We recommend following up with store management and the official customer support channels of your retailer to get clarification about their pre-order policies and messaging.

These codes are Sony/Microsoft tokens. We do not have access to your Xbox Live or PSN accounts so only Microsoft and Sony can check their statuses.
