Question: I have seen some three-letter Crew tags on Social Club, but when I go to create my own crew, the interface forces me to use four characters.  Is it possible to create a three-letter Crew tag?

Answer: All user-created Crew tags must use four characters.  The three-character ones were created by Rockstar Games.
