Question: How long will delivery take?

Answer: Available products generally ship within one business day. As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Domestic orders shipped via postal service are usually delivered within 7-10 days after leaving our warehouse in Louisville Kentucky (USA).  Orders shipped via UPS Ground typically arrive within 5-7 days, while UPS 2nd-Day Air shipments are guaranteed for delivery two days after leaving our warehouse.  Note that orders shipped to remote destinations may require additional time for delivery.

All international orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express, and are usually delivered within 5-7 days after leaving our warehouse.  In some cases customs clearance delays may result in longer shipping times.
