Question: Whenever I try to lauch EFLC for PC the game crashes and I see an error message that says "EFLC has stopped working."  How can I fix this?

Answer: If you are seeing this error message, please reinstall Games for Windows Live.  We have checked the event logs from players reporting this issue and have found that this issue is commonly caused by a problem with Windows Live.
