Question: I registered for Social Club through Red Dead Redemption.  When I go to the website and try to recover or change my password, I get an error message.  How can I fix this?

Answer: If you registered for Social Club through Red Dead Redemption, you may see the following error message on the Social Club website when attempting to change / recover your password due to the fact that your account language has not yet been set:

"Your account could not be updated.  Please check your inputs and try again."

To fix this issue:

1. Log in to the Social Club website.

2. Click on Profile in the upper-right.

3. Clock on Other Details on the left sidebar.

4. Select your Language.

After setting an account Language, you should be able to recover or change your password without further issues.
