Question: Why did you delete my forum comment on Rockstar Support?  Aren't you listening?

Answer: We encourage on-topic idiscussion to be posted in certain articles if it adds information to the issue described in the support article.  We delete comments for several reasons:

• We converted the forum comment into a support ticket to resolve the issue one-on-one.  When this occurs you will be emailed and we will take action on the ticket as quickly as possible
• We found the information in the comment to be useful and added it to the support article
• The comment was off-topic or inappropriate, including but not limited to profanity, flaming other users, and engaging in console war discussions
