Question: My Gamertag/PSN ID won't connect to Social Club from Midnight Club: Los Angeles.  My stats aren't updating correctly in Driving Tests so I can't get my Audi R8. My account was linked several years ago correctly, but now I can't seem to get the driving test or other Social Club features to work/update.  What can I do?

Answer: We are aware of a problem with certain Social Club accounts not linking properly to MCLA or other games.  If a game thinks your Social Club account is not linked, but you have definitely linked your Social Club account and have played the game, please hang tight while we continue to investigate.

Update for MCLA 11/29/11:  We have made some additional database changes today that may resolve the issue for many accounts. Please ensure that your Gamertag/PSN ID is linked on Social Club.  To do this, log in on the website and go to Profile, then click the Account Linking text link.  Re-link your Gamertag/PSN ID and then play the game while connected to Xbox Live/PSN and force some saves.  Try to access Driving Tests, etc. Then go to the Social Club website and try to enter the MCLA page.  If the stats have updated, check the vehicle showroom in-game.

Update for 7/20/12:  We have noticed an increase in reports of accounts not linking and we are investigating now.  Thanks for your patience while we work to resolve any issues found.

Update for 8/8/12:  We are working on a database issue that may be preventing a very small number of Social Club accounts from linking properly to older games, including GTA IV and MCLA.  As soon as we know more, this page will be updated.

Update for 8/22/12:  We have deployed a fix on 8/22/12 that may resolve more of the non-linking accounts.  Please ensure that your Gamertag/PSN ID is linked on Social Club.  To do this, log in on the website and go to Profile, then click the Account Linking text link.  Re-link your Gamertag/PSN ID and then play the game while connected to Xbox Live/PSN and force some saves.  Try to access Driving Tests, etc. Then go to the Social Club website and try to enter the MCLA page.  If the stats have updated, check the vehicle showroom in-game.
