Question: As soon as I get into the uncle's car on the first mission I can't do anything.  How do I progress in the game?

Answer: There are tutorials in the first few missions that need to be followed.  When you first get in the car, the satnav system is explained so follow the text onscreen to set a destination.  On completion of the small satnav tutorial the mission will progress.
